Here’s the manual log splitter I use. No hydraulics, it uses a ratcheting system. Definitely not for huge log, but for 12 inch pine or fir it works like a charm. And rather than having to use arm strength, it just uses your weight. Sorry about the poor quality. I was doing this in my basement.
